Return Eligibility

- Damaged or defective product
- Product materially different from description
- Products must be unused, in original packaging (unless defective)
Non-Returnable Items
Items that are used, opened (where hygiene is a concern), personalized, or marked non-returnable cannot be returned.
Return Window
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from delivery date.
Return Process

- Upon approval, we will arrange pickup or provide return instructions.
- Once received and inspected, we will process the refund or replacement.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may take up to 5-10 business days after approval.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
